Harmony operates from our base in Ilkeston, providing service for Ilkeston, Long Eaton, Castle Donington, Melbourne and the immediate surrounding areas. We are proud to hold a Good CQC rating, as well as having a very strong staff retention rate—59% of our staff have been part of our care community for over 3 years.

The company was acquired by Gail in 2009 along with help from her daughter Kelly; two passionate and experienced professionals in the care sector. Gail's experience from prior work with vulnerable people gave the company wealth in knowledge. 

We provide a wide range of tailored home care services, including personal care and medication support. Our dedicated care team is carefully selected, trained, and supported to deliver care that truly makes a difference.
